Industry Standard Refund Policy

Domain name registrations, transfers,and applications are final, and cannot, under
any circumstances, be cancelled.

Please be sure that you fully understand this before
you attempt any domain name registration, etc. We have no means of retrieving
money from the registry for domain transactions, so we cannot refund
clients who register or transfer names in error.

If registering, please make certain that the domain name is spelled
and formatted the way you want it, and that you have the domain extension
correct. Names should contain only letters (lower case much preferred),
numbers, and dashes. Once the request is submitted, it cannot
be changed.
