Workplace Health and Wellbeing

Workplace health, a key pillar of Responsible Care庐, is more than just regulatory compliance; it is a journey of continuous improvement.

Helping members achieve sustainable healthy workplaces

A proactive approach, the right people, a programme of management, the correct tools, as well as measures and systems in place to monitor and also improve understanding and performance are all important aspects to achieving sustainable healthy workplaces. This cannot be achieved however unless health leadership becomes a core part of an organisation鈥檚 ethos.听

CIA has a dedicated Health Leadership Strategy informed by member companies. You can become part of this when you join, participate in discussions relevant to your business and network at our health leadership conference. Together with our members, CIA helps develop leading signpost guides on complex issues, examples being Drug and Alcohol policy development and Mental Health & Mental Well-being policy.
